About the Role

The Collection Analyst will be responsible for managing and resolving customer accounts, ensuring timely and accurate collection of payments. This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with customers and resolve disputes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collection of outstanding payments from customers
  • Resolution of customer disputes and complaints
  • Clearing of accounts receivable (AR) and management of credit limits
  • Posting of collections and management of withholding taxes (WHT)
  • Search and recovery of payments by invoice
  • Support for monthly reporting and analysis of collection metrics
  • Collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless collection processes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in debt recovery or credit management
  • Intermediate English language proficiency
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple priorities
