**Job Summary**

At Terex Corporation, we are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Conduct on-site assessments of potential suppliers to evaluate their quality control processes.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to implement quality control measures and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate supplier quality performance.
  • Lead training and development programs for suppliers to enhance their quality capabilities.
  • Establish and maintain a regular audit schedule to evaluate supplier processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate and manage quality containment activities to minimize defects and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Manage quarantine procedures to address quality issues arising from suppliers.

**Requirements**

  • Proven knowledge of supplier qualification processes, particularly in areas such as paint, welding, machining, cutting, bending, electrical, and hydraulic processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address quality issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
