**PROSPECTADOR DE VENTAS / BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE (BDR)**
**Objetivo del Puesto:** Identificar clientes potenciales y convertirlos en clientes.
**Funciones a realizar:**
1. **Prospección y generación de nuevos clientes potenciales** para cada producto.
2. **Buscar oportunidades de negocio y crear relaciones con posibles clientes**.
3. **Realizar investigaciones para identificar empresas o contactos que puedan tener interés en los productos y establecer un primer contacto para iniciar una conversación sobre las soluciones que Serfimex ofrece a las empresas**.
4. **Realizar llamadas o enviar correos electrónicos a clientes potenciales para presentar Serfimex y los productos**.
5. **Evaluación de la calidad de los leads generados y determinar si cumplen con las políticas para acreeditarse**.
6. **Mantener una comunicación continua con los leads que no están interesados en el momento para impulsar su interés en un futuro**.
7. **Concertar reuniones o citas para que los asesores o ejecutivos de ventas continúen el proceso de venta**.
8. **Realizar seguimiento de los leads generados por las campañas de redes sociales y/o cualquier medio por el que puedan llegar y proporcionar informes sobre el progreso de las actividades de prospección**.
9. **Conseguir retroalimentación sobre los estatus de cada lead ya canalizado con los asesores para reporte mensual con comercial, MKT y agencia digital**.
**Requisitos:**
1. Licenciatura en áreas económicas administrativas.
2. Experiencia en ventas y prospección.
3. Conocimientos en negociación, escritura y comunicación, organización y seguimiento.
