About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Servicios Comerciales Amazon México S. De R.L. De C.V. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with key influencers and decision-makers within the executive teams of prospective accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and recruit high-potential merchants
- Effectively prioritize and manage a pipeline of merchants to consistently meet/exceed quarterly targets
- Identify and build relationships with key influencers and decision-makers within the executive teams of prospective accounts
- Be a business partner for new merchants providing them with data-driven insights and advice to optimize their success on Amazon
- Post acquisition, build success cases together with those accounts by providing business insights, training, and identifying business opportunities and executing a growth strategy
About the Team
We are a business development organization that drives growth for over 2MM Amazon Sellers through business intelligence, cross-selling efforts, and integrated Account Management. We are successful by focusing on aggressive growth for our Sellers' businesses.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience prospecting, qualifying, and cold-calling companies
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- 2+ years in roles or similar to Sales Development Representative, New Business Development, Outside Sales Representative, Sales Hunter, Lead Generation Specialist, Account Executive
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
- Excel intermediate level: formulas and functions (vlookup, concatenate, etc), Pivot tables, Conditional Formatting, Charts and Visualization
