About This Role

We are seeking a skilled Cybersecurity Services Account Manager to join our team at Palo Alto Networks. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer services experiences to exceed expectations
  • Partner with the account team to understand customer strategy and security priorities
  • Develop deep understanding of customer business challenges and technical environment
  • Identify upselling opportunities for the account team
  • Proactively monitor complex issues and resolve customer technical issues
  • Lead customer escalation communication and engagement

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in technical support within the high-tech industry
  • 5+ years of client-facing sales or services experience
  • Project management or service delivery qualifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL)
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize work in a demanding environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity technologies and solutions
