Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage operational and functional aspects of assigned projects
  • Lead OEM/OES projects, focusing on component and system development with known technology
  • Ensure project KPIs are met in terms of profitability, quality, and production preparation
  • Secure project resources and control their allocation
  • Drive associated project teams to achieve milestones and resolve project issues
  • Conduct concept competitions to secure customer orders
  • Define and manage project budgets, including those for associated projects
  • Define project scope and prepare decision-making processes for relevant committees
  • Manage project changes, both internal and customer-driven, and coordinate through the project team
  • Apply Design to Cost methodology and escalate gaps versus targets to the right level
  • Lead the development of all project technical milestones (PTMs) from the project team
  • Manage communication with customers on project development progress
  • Keep clients updated on project progress and prepare/validate reports on project development progress
  • Manage customer relationships and coordinate communication within the project team and with associated projects
  • Promote Valeo values, culture, and standards within the project team and ensure their application
  • Respect Valeo's Code of Ethics and health, safety, and environment requirements
