Job Summary: We are seeking a Sales Director to promote and sell our recycling program, with a focus on solder dross. The successful candidate will oversee procurement, negotiate contracts, and foster strong relationships with suppliers to ensure the program's growth and success.
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers of solder dross materials
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers
- Coordinate with logistics and operations teams
- Monitor market values, trends, and industry developments
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in sales, business development, purchasing, or commercial roles
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build relationships
- Solid understanding of supply chain management principles
