  • Our team provides critical insights into each aspect of our clients' assets to inform better decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Compliance & Risk team to deliver full scope of Compliance services to our clients.
  • Support Compliance & Risk management tasks for client portfolios, including onboarding new customers and portfolios.
  • Manage and distribute agendas for regular client meetings.
  • Interface with O&M providers, solar EPCs, electrical engineers, and other stakeholders.
  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and distributing monthly compliance and risk reports for clients.
  • Support regularly scheduled compliance filings and compliance audit activities.
  • Follow standard operating procedures and provide feedback for process improvement.
  • Assist the team with problem resolution.

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of photovoltaic system design, operation, management, and financing.
  • Excellent documentation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • University Degree (or equivalent) with 0-2 years of experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance, NERC, FERC, or other reporting obligations for operating projects.
  • Familiarity with project agreements and material terms.

Required Skills:

  • Ability to follow written and verbal directions.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

  • Root cause analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

Required Software Knowledge:

Expertise in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe PDF toolsets.
