We're looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Clinical Research Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for conducting phone screens, reviewing patient medical information, and discussing research opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Screen potential study participants according to telescreen questionnaire to determine suitability for trials
  • Accurately review, enter and edit patient information in CTMS system
  • Book patient appointments into CTMS ensuring that entries are accurate and up to date
  • Attend all study related training and ensure working knowledge of study protocol
  • Responsible for meeting daily recruitment targets including but not limited to daily calls made, pre-screens completed, leads contacted in timely manner, screenings/PIV scheduled
  • Identify appropriate study opportunities for interested volunteers based on knowledge of clinical trials and neighboring locations
  • Effectively communicate importance of research participation and relevant study details to volunteers
  • Provide an exceptional patient experience by building positive rapport and consistent follow-up

Requirements:

  • Excellent English communication - written and verbal skills
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and telephone manner
  • A basic understanding of medical terminology would be helpful but not essential
  • Detail-Oriented/ Microsoft Office(Teams, Excel, Word)
  • Call center experience-is an asset
