Sales Manager for Telematics Solutions

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our Telematics Sales team in Mexico City. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling Telematics products, including GPS tracking and fleet management solutions, to B2B clients in the Mexican market.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to market research, including identifying market potential and finding potential leads
- Prepare commercial offers and ensure contracts to achieve assigned sales goals
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers through daily contact and frequent visits
- Attend exhibitions/meetings abroad to represent Teltonika and its products with solutions
- Work with a CRM System to log-in accounts, leads, contacts, and opportunities according to best practices
Requirements
- Customer-focused with high motivation to work in B2B sales
- Successful experience in customer service and/or experience in active sales
- Good in English (B2 or a higher level)
- Organized and results-oriented, and challenge-driven personality
- Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills
- Eager to learn and develop
- Ambition to generate strong earnings by expanding local B2B opportunities in the market with an innovative product from Lithuania
- Willing to travel abroad (when circumstances allow)
