Airport Representative

About the Job

We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Airport Representative to join our Destination Team in Los Cabos. As an Airport Representative, you'll play a key role in ensuring our guests have a smooth and enjoyable experience from the moment they arrive at the airport.

About Your Responsibilities

• Support airport operations and coordinate daily activities to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Work closely with the Destination Team to identify and address guest needs, providing tailored solutions to enhance their travel experience

About You

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed in fast-paced environments
• Highly proactive and flexible, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
• Able to work flexible shift patterns, including rotating day and night shifts, and represent the TUI brand at all times

What We Offer

• A competitive salary starting at $147,600 gross/year
