  • Ensure the quality and accountability of program team for earned value metrics, analysis, providing recommendations for corrective actions.
  • Manage direct communication and networking with other PP&C analysts, global team members, customers, and agencies on increasingly complex matters.
  • Ability to interact at all levels of the organization both verbally and written.
  • Effectively communicate to influence and create a sense of ownership and buy-in among team members and leadership.
  • Provide guidance and direction to employees on Program Management Office matters.
  • Act on behalf of management team as needed for communication to employees on matters affecting the overall business or COE.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 2+ years business-related experience, schedule, and Earned Value Management-related experience.
  • English/French communication skills.
