About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Key Accounts Specialist to join our team in Mexico City. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the daily execution processes of assigned accounts and ensuring seamless customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Track and monitor product availability, SO drops or cancellations, and inform Key Account Managers accordingly.
  • Align with monthly Sales & Inventory Forecasting and ensure timely delivery of presale formats to clients.
  • Manage end-to-end reception of POs, track invoicing, and maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Identify and capitalize on re-order opportunities and optimize catalogue content to meet client needs.
Requirements:
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Intermediate English proficiency, with advanced Excel skills and knowledge of Power BI, SAP, or other relevant tools.
  • University degree and 2-4 years of experience in analytical, commercial, or e-commerce roles, preferably in the retail industry.
