We are seeking a highly experienced Production Manager to lead our Metal Stamping and Foundry operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing, with a focus on metal stamping and foundry processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and direct employees and equipment to manufacture welding and brazing consumables
  • Ensure safety and quality while optimizing productivity, costs, and service to customers
  • Oversee the entire production process, including manufacturing, quality control, and maintenance
  • Implement lean manufacturing and 5S principles to improve efficiency and reduce waste
  • Lead and motivate production staff to achieve high performance and quality standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing or Engineering
  • 10+ years of experience as a Production or Plant Manager in a fast-paced and complex environment
  • Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma Certification
  • Experience in the Stick Electrodes Welding industry is a plus
