Staff Partner Services Architect

Crunchyroll is expanding its global reach, and the Partner Tools team is at the forefront of this growth. As a Staff Partner Services Architect, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless integration and launch of Crunchyroll experiences on various smart devices. This involves collaborating with a diverse network of partners, including Samsung, LG, Sony, and Amazon, to deliver exceptional user experiences.
Reporting to the engineering director, you will define the technical vision and strategy for our partner integration ecosystem, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving growth, opening up new acquisition channels, and optimizing the scope and quality of our services.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key partners to ensure successful integration and content delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless content delivery to/from partners
- Define the technical vision and strategy for our partner integration ecosystem, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Develop and maintain relationships with key partners to ensure successful integration and content delivery
- Hands-on prototype and proof of concepts with ability to lead and transition to larger teams
- 8+ years of relevant experience in the software industry
- Strong technical expertise in cloud computing (AWS)
- Experience working on consumer and enterprise products over multiple release cycles
- Experience working closely with product and design teams
- Experience leading, facilitating, and synthesizing user research
- Experience presenting products and features to audiences large and small

The Technology Partnerships team at Crunchyroll plays a pivotal role in enhancing and expanding our users' experiences. We collaborate extensively with a diverse network of device, payment, and gaming partners to broaden the reach of Crunchyroll's offerings. Our primary objective is to drive growth, open up new acquisition channels, and optimize both the scope and quality of our services.
