Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Analyst to join our team at Oracle. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for managing product gaps, defining product enhancements, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless product rollout.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage product gaps from business specifications to product enhancement and/or business process change.
- Define product enhancements to drive solutions for all customers.
- Manage product setup definition and configuration along with internal business process teams.
- Manage all aspects of product rollout and coordination with internal teams.
- Establish priorities for feasibility studies, systems design, and implementation to develop new and/or modify the company's information processing systems.
- Coordinate with functional departments involved to collect system specifications, techniques, and controls.
- Interact with senior management within Product Development, Business organizations, and Global IT.
- Use advanced monitoring tools to ensure the health of our production and non-production environments.
- Triage critical tickets from our customers and engage the major incident process.
- Interact with Site Reliability, Development, Consulting, Customer Support, Oracle Cloud, and infrastructure teams to provide world-class service on all Oracle Hospitality products.
Requirements
- Strong technical skills in Weblogic administration, Unix/Linux, and Windows OS.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
