Key Responsibilities- Oversee the management of the Americas regional structure, ensuring effective and cohesive working across multiple locations.
- Develop and implement human rights initiatives, including research, advocacy, campaigns, communications, and fundraising, in line with globally agreed priorities.

- Represent Amnesty International in the field and elsewhere, including with senior government officials, media, and peer organizations.
- Proven experience of working in a key leadership role in a complex organization and managing a cross-functional and multi-cultural team.

- Ability to lead and manage staff and financial resources, including setting, managing, and monitoring plans and budgets.
