Job Title: Regional Sales Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our sales function for the LATAM region. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with our distributor partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and profitability in the LATAM region
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our distributor partners to ensure effective sales execution
  • Provide market and competition data to support sales initiatives
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing plans for the region
  • Ensure effective sales forecasting and inventory management
  • Develop and implement sales incentives and promotions to drive sales growth

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and profitability
  • Strong understanding of the LATAM market and our target audience
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field
  • Masters in Business Administration (MBA) in Sales and Marketing

Work Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the automotive industry
