Job Title: Regional Sales Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our sales function for the LATAM region. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, profitability, and market share in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to drive sales performance
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and customers
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity
  • Provide market insights and recommendations to support business decisions

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in sales leadership roles
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and profitability
  • Strong understanding of the LATAM market and customer needs
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field
  • Masters in Business Administration (MBA) in Sales and Marketing

Work Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience in sales leadership roles
