Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Travel Experience Coordinator to join our team. As a Travel Experience Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering unforgettable travel experiences to our premium card members in the United States. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Delight our premium card members with personalized travel experiences, including booking domestic and international flights, car and/or hotel travel arrangements.
- Communicate new and existing product offerings and value propositions relevant to the card member.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of travel experiences.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to continuously improve travel experiences.
Requirements
- Bilingual communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in English and another language.
- Basic geography knowledge with the ability to locate travel destinations worldwide.
- Computer literate and able to navigate computer applications.
- Ability to work nights and weekends as we service our card members 24 hours a day/7 days a week.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality, travel, or related field preferred.
