Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our dynamic team at Charger Logistics as a Customs Coordinator. This role will be responsible for assisting with maintaining files and paperwork, responding to customer inquiries, and coordinating with other departments to ensure all documentation is properly managed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer requests and queries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure all paperwork is thoroughly managed.
  • Assist with invoices, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
  • Maintain driver files and fleet documents to ensure proper documentation.
  • Assist drivers with documents and ensure that all necessary signatures are obtained.
  • Prepare and process customs documentation according to outlined rules and regulations.
  • Compile and review required customs documentation, including customs invoices and certificates of origin.
  • Enter new orders into the system and maintain customer portals with up-to-date information.
  • Provide administrative support, including generation of reports, presentations, and general correspondence documents.
  • Prepare and submit weekly reports for internal review.
Requirements
  • English fluency is a must.
  • Previous administrative logistics and service experience is an asset.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Good time-management skills with an ability to prioritize and multi-task.
