The ZF Group is seeking a highly skilled Identity and Access Management Support Expert to join our team in Monterrey. As a key member of our IAM User Services department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and compliance of our identity management systems.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert-level support for business areas, translating business requirements into authorization concepts and implementing solutions in our IAM landscape.
- Develop and implement authorization concepts, creating training materials and documentation for end users and other user groups.
- Conduct training sessions for business areas or users on IAM topics and tools.
- Manage identities, accounts, passwords, groups/roles, and their assignments in our system landscapes.
- Lead or collaborate on sub-projects in the IAM area, ensuring data quality and compliance with security and compliance policies.
Your Profile
- Graduate degree or equivalent education in Information Security or Computer Science.
- Experience with IAM tasks in IAM systems, including Active Directory, Azure Directory, and LDAP systems.
- Strong understanding of business issues and technical analysis, with ability to translate business needs into technical authorizations solutions.
- Assertiveness and strong communication skills, with fluency in English and German a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a matrix organization, with pleasure in working with agile and international teams.
