Position Overview

As a seasoned sales professional, you will serve as the strategic leader of Menasha Packaging's sales efforts, driving business growth and revenue expansion. Your role will encompass developing and executing sales strategies, managing regional account managers, and fostering a high-performing sales team. Key Responsibilities Include:
  1. Develop and execute sales plans aligned with company objectives, focusing on revenue growth and expansion.
  2. Lead a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, training, and performance management to ensure sales objectives are met.
  3. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, leveraging industry knowledge and relationships to drive business growth.
  4. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
  5. Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform sales strategies and decisions.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:
  1. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or sales.
  2. At least 10 years of experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
  3. Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  4. Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.
  5. A deep understanding of sales strategies, tactics, and techniques, with the ability to develop and execute effective sales plans.
