Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Recruiter to join our team. As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for delivering top talent to our clients, while providing proactive and timely communication on the status of the search. You will act as a brand ambassador for our clients and partners with hiring managers in a consultative capacity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed job scope conversations with hiring leaders to determine position specifications.
  • Review applicants who have applied via the applicant tracking system in a timely manner.
  • Develop and deploy effective recruitment marketing campaigns specific to the job opening.
  • Solicit and pursue referrals from business networks and/or internal referrals.
  • Conduct professional and thoughtful phone interviews that are infused with industry/role specific probing questions.
  • Navigate difficult conversations to gather appropriate information.
  • Issue skills testing as needed and evaluate results.
  • Review background and reference information.

Influencing the Hire

Keep hiring managers up to date on any market changes that would impact the hiring process or talent community.

Service Excellence

  • Adhere to all regulations, including OFCCP and other compliance standards.
  • Demonstrate expertise in segment, practice, and industry.
  • Provide accurate and regular reporting of recruiting activities.
  • Identify perceived difficulties with searches and research solutions by collaborating with leadership.
  • Proactively and regularly communicate the status of each search to hiring managers.

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field is required. Equivalent experience may be considered.

Experience

Minimum of five or more years of results-oriented recruiting experience working in an in-house, RPO, or agency setting is required.

Functional/Technical Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

  • Ability to showcase niche segment or industry expertise.
  • Ability to employ technologies in the recruiting process that create efficiencies.
  • Adherence to documentation and processes for compliance.
  • Experience utilizing deep web sourcing techniques.
