Job Overview

The LEGO Group is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Student Support Specialist to join our Service Desk team in the Americas Region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional support to our colleagues and customers by resolving Service Now tickets in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate closely with Level 2 teams to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.

Requirements

  • Active student from 6th semester and above in Administration, Finance, or similar bachelor's degree.
  • Proactive, responsible, and self-driven individual with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with a plus if you have experience with SAP or Workday.
  • Desirable experience in finance and a strong customer service mindset.
