About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ecommerce Product Lead to join our team at ING Bank. As a key member of our digital commerce team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing the e-commerce business strategy, managing new product developments, and ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the e-commerce business strategy to deliver value propositions for each strategic customer segment
  • Manage new product developments and updates throughout the entire product lifecycle
  • Take on project management responsibilities for new initiatives implementation
  • Propose updates and reviews of processes, products, and commercial offers based on client feedback and analysis
  • Monitor e-commerce business profitability and key performance indicators to improve cost efficiency and deliver on expectations
  • Collaborate closely with Sales departments to identify sales opportunities and update products, processes, and offers
  • Responsible for e-commerce services SLA achievement and participates in ING Group projects and initiatives
Requirements
  • Positive attitude, high degree of responsibility, disciplined, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail, results-oriented, customer-oriented, relationship, and communication ability
  • Professional knowledge of the regulatory framework for cards business, business strategy, and ING's distribution business model
  • Education: Bachelor degree
  • Experience: minimum 5 years of experience in financial services or telecom in areas like product management and project management
  • Professional qualifications: previous experience in informal coordination of a team, P&L responsibility, and Agile methodology
  • IT knowledge: proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Foreign languages: English (written and spoken) fluent
