We are currently seeking a Salesforce Communications Cloud Consultant to join our team:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate directly with client business and IT stakeholders to understand requirements and design solutions for the Salesforce Communication Cloud in the B2B telecom market.
  • Lead and participate in large-scale transformation projects within the telecom industry.
  • Design and configure product catalogs and pricing models using Salesforce Industries tools, including Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ).
  • Implement and manage pricing, discounting, and promotions strategies within Salesforce Industries.
  • Utilize a deep understanding of Salesforce Industries CPQ components, APIs, and digital commerce tools.
  • Apply knowledge of TMForum API specifications to ensure alignment with industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in large-scale transformation projects within the telecom industry.
  • Expertise in solution design, product, and catalog configuration within Salesforce Industries.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Industries CPQ, including cart APIs, catalog APIs, and digital commerce APIs.
  • Strong understanding of B2B telecom commercial and technical product models and lifecycle management.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and the Salesforce platform.
  • Languages: Advanced Oral English, Native Spanish.
