About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Program Manager to join our AWS LATAM team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for defining and driving the communication strategy and long-term priorities for our organization in Latin America.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the content strategy for our designated business unit, partnering with cross-functional teams to define key themes, messages, and channels.
  • Proactively build and manage relationships with key internal stakeholders across a range of businesses and geographies.
  • Translate nuanced and complex business topics into communications content and strategies that drive engagement with our AWS employees.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, and/or PR.
  • 7+ years' executive or internal communications experience, preferably at a high-growth, technology company.
  • Knowledge/Experience managing comms campaigns in digital platforms like LinkedIn.
  • Experience managing global stakeholders and unique cultural conditions.
  • Strong leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
  • End-to-end event planning and execution experience, with a high level of attention to detail and time management.
  • Demonstrated experience developing executive-level communications in a variety of formats (e.g., blogs, executive presentations, whitepapers, etc.).
  • Experience leading communications within a sales or marketing organization.
  • Experience driving cultural change and influencing organizations through communications, from audience and stakeholder analysis through data and success metrics tracking.
  • Experience developing and implementing communication plans.
  • Demonstrated experience building trust and influencing cross-functional teams and senior leaders.
  • Experience creating content: digital, written, video, or visual communications materials.
