Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Technical Account Manager to join our team at Axis Communications. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with our major end customer accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of relationship with assigned major accounts
- Develop and implement strategic plans to deepen the Axis relationship across product lines and geographical boundaries
- Involved in the sale and implementation of accounts, including presentations and proposals to decision makers
- Manage the relationship with all end-users and ecosystem partners involved in the account
- Build a team around the account and coordinate all resources and communication between sales, business development, marketing, and technical services
Requirements
- Strong account management and team-building skills with particular focus on attention to detail and strategic planning
- Proven ability to build strategic and trusted relationships at all levels with the end user
- Ability to manage relationships with multiple integrators, distributors, and partners competing for the same account
- Strong communication, presentation, and training skills
- High level of technical ability for shootouts, proof of concepts, pilots, and pre- and post-sale troubleshooting
