As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving productivity improvements within assigned machines or lines, maintaining and improving the performance and/or productivity of assigned areas or teams.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency in the home care department.
- Utilize tools such as Kaizen, Parettos, and other problem-solving methodologies to identify and address areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with maintenance personnel to implement autonomous maintenance activities and ensure the safe operation of equipment.
- Closure of security findings and safe conduct tours in Home Care.
- Closure of Quality notifications and failure investigation in their assigned products.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Chemical, Process Engineering, or related field.
- 3 years of experience in an operations, continuous improvement, or manufacturing position.
- Intermediate English level.
- Knowledge in safety, quality, and continuous improvement standards.
- Desirable experience or knowledge in maintenance.
