We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our team at Ecolab. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and providing exceptional customer service to our clients in the food, beverage, and dairy manufacturing industries.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
- Provide technical expertise and support to customers on sanitation, safety, quality, and operations
- Manage Ecolab products and equipment, including installations, testing, and maintenance
- Implement agreed-upon corporate account commitments and communicate results to management
- Bachelor's degree in dairy, food, or agricultural science, engineering, chemistry, or related field
- 2 years of technical sales experience in the meat, processed food, dairy, and poultry sector or the beverage and brewing sector
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable motor vehicle record
- Ability to travel by car throughout the territory, including periodic overnight travel
- Ability to sell value-added products to customers
- General mechanical ability
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to take initiative and work independently
