About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Test Technician to contribute to our Test Department in the NTW business unit at Molex. As a key member of our team, you will work collaboratively with cross-disciplinary teams to enhance our supply chain and deliver high-quality automotive components. Your innovative mindset and ability to work effectively with others will be essential in driving product quality and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Support our production lines to maintain a continuous workflow, working closely with test teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Conduct detailed analytical troubleshooting for fixtures and testers to resolve unknown issues.
- Perform root cause analysis to identify and communicate defects under end-of-line testers.
- Utilize your expertise to improve test equipment, execute maintenance plans, and document actions.
- Identify and document critical spares, standard spares, and consumables, including calculating life cycle time and reorder times.
- Document daily activities, logs, and test reports.
- Support diagnostics technicians to develop diagnostic skills and good documentation practices.
Requirements
- Degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience as a tech technician.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Availability to take shifts.
- Highly responsible and disciplined.
