Job Summary:
This role involves partnering with hiring managers to fill corporate vacancies across the United States. As a recruiter, you will be responsible for conducting sourcing and pre-screening efforts to identify qualified candidates for various positions. Your work will involve meeting established metrics and KPIs while maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
• Source and pre-screen candidates for corporate positions in the United States
• Meet performance targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Communicate employment details, including compensation, benefits, and non-compete agreements, to selected candidates
• Support ad-hoc tasks as required
Requirements:
• Prior experience in sourcing/recruiting or related customer service roles is desirable
• Proficiency in MS Office, databases, and other software applications
• Fluent English language skills, verified during the interview process
• Excellent time management and verbal/written communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field preferred
• Experience with psychometric tests is an asset
