Role Overview


Localization Academy is seeking a seasoned Demand Generation Marketing Specialist to drive strategic marketing initiatives aimed at targeted accounts, closely aligning with sales goals to optimize revenue growth and customer acquisition.


Key Responsibilities



  • Develop and execute integrated account-based marketing (ABM) strategies to drive engagement and build pipeline within target accounts.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to create target account segments and develop tailored messaging, content, and landing page strategies per segment.
  • Measure and report on the success of ABM and Demand Gen initiatives utilizing key KPIs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align ABM strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Develop and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions, segmenting email lists and tailoring campaigns for specific customer segments.

Requirements



  • 4+ years of experience in Demand Generation Marketing roles within B2B SaaS.
  • Proven experience in marketing with a focus on ABM, email marketing, project management, and experience with paid advertising.
  • Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing ABM strategies and campaigns across multiple channels in a B2B SaaS environment, with a track record of pipeline growth in target accounts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in analyzing marketing funnel, account-based, and pipeline metrics.

Preferred Qualifications



  • Demonstrated understanding of GA4.
  • Demonstrated understanding of paid advertising channels and metrics.
  • Proficiency working in spreadsheets with the ability to create pivot tables, visualizations, and understand data reporting.
