Demand Generation Specialist, MSP Business Growth

As a key member of our growth team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive demand generation strategy to drive business growth in our Managed Service Provider (MSP) segment. This role requires a strong understanding of the sales funnel and the ability to create targeted campaigns that resonate with potential customers.
We are looking for an experienced demand generation specialist who can partner closely with our sales teams to develop and execute programs that drive qualified leads and ultimately contribute to revenue growth. Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute end-to-end demand generation programs across various channels, including online and offline platforms.
- Partner with sales teams to ensure lead quality and volume, and continuously improve hand-off processes.
- Manage and optimize demand generation campaigns for evergreen and always-on programs, as well as events and virtual events.
- Support the development of quarterly campaign plans and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Closely monitor conversion rates and optimize campaigns at each stage of the funnel.
- 3-5 years of experience in demand generation, with a proven track record of success.
- Experience implementing a range of demand generation programs, from self-service to enterprise sales.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and shift workload to meet deadlines.
- A high degree of self-awareness, with highly developed emotional intelligence.
- Passion for trying new things and a strong drive towards solution-oriented problem solving.

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
