About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Ops Assoc Analyst to join our team at PepsiCo. As a key member of our HR function, you will be responsible for executing data quality audits, supporting data governance initiatives, and ensuring the accuracy and consistency of HR data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular data quality audits and implement corrective actions to maintain high standards of HR data integrity.
  • Support the development and enforcement of data governance policies to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency, and assist in data cleansing and maintenance projects.
  • Design, maintain, and streamline the reporting ecosystem to enable evolution of reporting to meet growing business needs.
  • Ingest new data sources into the production data systems, and manage databases to capture, analyze, order, and debug data.
  • Support periodical Reporting and Analytical needs by developing programs and data models, and deliver services at defined SLAs/KPIs to drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
  • Recommend new ways of exploiting information to improve business processes and results.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field of study.
  • Experience in computer database management, SQL systems, and knowledge in at least one programming language (Python, C++) preferred.
  • 1+ year of performance measurement and/or reporting experience preferred.
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese, and advanced knowledge in Excel, Power Point, Word.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy preferred.
  • Experience using data visualization and reporting using at least one of PowerBi, Tableau, and proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
