Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Professionally handle inbound and outbound customer calls from your home office.
- Sales Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to meet and exceed targets.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our insurance products and services.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Problem-Solving: Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Compliance: Adhere to all industry regulations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams using virtual communication tools to implement strategies.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in customer service and sales roles, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Language Skills: Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Technical Requirements: Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
