We're seeking a highly skilled Brand Planner Sr. to join our planning team at MediaMonks MX. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing strategic insights that drive advertising ideas, working closely with clients to research markets and understand consumer behavior.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Analysis: Provide situational analysis of trends in the marketplace and consumer behavior.
  • Target Audience Development: Develop target audiences, consumer insights, and annual plans.
  • Strategic Support: Support initiatives with appropriate strategic insights and leadership.
  • Executive Briefings: Provide executive-level briefings on overall strategy, communication plans, ROI analyses, and other areas.
  • Big Idea Development: Develop big ideas that will be translated across channels and businesses to position the brand and drive results.
  • Market Tracking: Track marketing and advertising activities of key competitors and relevant brands in the marketplace as needed.
  • Market Reviews: Provide regular external market reviews of best-in-class campaigns, tech innovations, new developments, and more to help future-proof the brand.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of Strategic Planning experience in digital industries.
  • Expertise in cultural insights, multicultural segmentation, research, and channel planning (360 digital and social media).
  • Great communication skills in both English and Spanish.
