Job Title: UAP Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled UAP Manager to join our team at Faurecia. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the resources, financials, materials, and human resources of the production unit to ensure production meets quality, cost, and delivery targets for both internal and external clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and address training needs
- Monitor costs, productivity, maintenance, and general expenses
- Lead and control the work of production supervisors and teams
- Maintain the rigor of the Faurecia Excellence System
- Encourage and support established improvement groups in the area (TPM, Hoshin, QRCI line, plant, and UAP)
- Ensure the proper functioning of the Organizational Health Plan (OHP)
- Perform direct assignments as requested by the immediate supervisor
Requirements:
- Advanced English language skills
- 5 years of experience in the automotive industry
- People management skills
- Knowledge of operations management and continuous improvement (JIT, Kanban, Kaizen)
- Experience in managing teams of over 50 people
