Your mission, roles and responsibilities
As the UAP Manager, you will be tasked with overseeing the economic, material, and human resources of the autonomous production unit to ensure effective production while consistently meeting quality, cost, and delivery indicators to satisfy both internal and external clients, adhering to the methodologies and tools of the Faurecia Excellence System, as well as the specific requirements of the customer.
Your responsibilities will include:
Effective monitoring to identify training needs. Tracking costs, productivity, maintenance expenses, and overall expenditures. Directing and managing the work of the supervisors across various process zones and each team. Maintaining strict adherence to the FES system. Encouraging and supporting established improvement groups within the area (TPM, Hoshin, QRCI line, plant, and UAP). Ensuring the proper functioning of the OHP structure. Executing direct assignments as requested by your immediate supervisor.Key requirements:
Advanced English proficiency Educational background: 5 years of experience in the automotive industry. Personnel management experience. Knowledge in operations management and continuous improvement methodologies such as JIT, Kanban, and Kaizen. Experience in managing a group of more than 50 individuals.Your profile and competencies to succeed
