Job Title: UAP Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled UAP Manager to join our team at Faurecia. As a UAP Manager, you will be responsible for managing the resources, economic, material, and human resources of the autonomous production unit, ensuring production while meeting quality, cost, and delivery indicators for internal and external clients, respecting the methodologies and tools of the Faurecia Excellence System, and specific client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Effective monitoring of needs for training.
• Monitoring of costs, productivity, maintenance costs, and general costs.
• Leading and controlling the work of SVs in different areas of the process and each team.
• Maintaining the rigor in monitoring the Faurecia Excellence System.
• Encouraging and supporting established improvement groups in the area (TPM, Hoshin, QRCI line, plant, and UAP).
• Ensuring the good functioning of the OHP structure.
• Performing direct assignments requested by the immediate supervisor.

Requirements:

• Advanced English.
• Education:
• 5 years of experience in the automotive industry.
• Personnel management.
• Knowledge in operations management and continuous improvement JIT, Kanban, Kaizen.
• Positions with group management of more than 50 people.
