About the Role

We're looking for someone with commercial acumen to drive business performance and direct business management to focus on profitable activities. As a Finance Business Partner, you'll apply financial metrics to seize opportunities for growth and mitigate identified risks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement automation in reporting through tools such as Python / ETR, and create Tableau/ Qlik dashboards to enhance MI to the business.
  • Collaborate with business partners to add value on emerging priorities for the Business.
  • Provide guidance and act as a subject matter expert (SME) with regard to Global Business Data Management & Reporting for Americas.
  • Review and prepare regional & country EXCO packs and other bespoke reporting.
  • Support Forecast, Target changes, Budgeting and AOP at functional and regional level.
Requirements

We're looking for someone with a good understanding of finance structure, analytical skills, commentary writing, relationship management, and senior stakeholder management.

This role requires effective collaboration across borders, coordinating globally with teams in India, UK, US, and more.
