Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized Contract Administrator and Departmental Tracker to join our team at ICON plc. As a key member of our administration department, you will play a vital role in supporting the development, improvement, and maintenance of departmental tracking tools and systems.

The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an administrative professional with excellent communication and organisational skills to support our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Assisting in the development, improvement, and maintenance of departmental tracking tools and systems
  • Supporting the coordination of various administrative tasks and projects
  • Providing exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Previous administrative experience, preferably in mid or big-size companies
  • A Bachelor degree or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Fluency in English
