**Required Qualifications**
- Knowledge of Azure IoT and its associated services.
- Hands-on experience with provisioning devices, provisioning, and monitoring an IoT hub.
- Understanding of communication methods, tokens between hubs and devices.
- Knowledge of Microsoft IoT solutions, networking, and device topology.
- Familiarity with IoT concepts, protocols, architecture, and workflows.
- Experience with IoT platforms, cloud services, and networking technologies.
- Familiarity with machine learning algorithms, model development, and deployment.
- Knowledge of coding in C, C++, and Python.
- Experience with IoT SDKs and troubleshooting skills.
- Azure and AWS cloud development experience.
- Desirable experience in Artificial Intelligence.
**Responsibilities**
- Configure and manage two-way connectivity between Azure and IoT devices.
- Handle security/access issues, token authentication errors, and create/maintain Person Groups.
- Monitor alerts, diagnostic logs, and metrics on IoT Hub/IoT Hub-management.
- Create and manage AKS clusters, quotas, service, and subscription limits.
- IoT Hub and DPS service security (TLS) certificate creation/renewal.
- Analyze system logs, perform root cause analysis, and resolve issues related to hardware, software, network connectivity, and data transmission in IoT systems.
- Conduct regular system maintenance tasks, such as software updates, patches, and firmware upgrades, to ensure the stability and security of IoT systems.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and cross-functional teams.
