We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Procurement Field Representative to join our Mexico team in Hermosillo or Nogales. As a key member of our supply chain team, you'll work closely with suppliers to mitigate delivery or quality issues impacting Boeing production.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct on-site supplier assessments to identify supplier capability and support Boeing procurement strategy.
- Evaluate supplier health and resources to determine viability and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement recovery plans to ensure supplier performance-to-plan and compliance with contractual requirements.
- Provide training and mentoring to suppliers to enhance their business and manufacturing practices.
- Monitor supplier activities to ensure delivery schedule compliance and product conformity.
- Identify and prioritize delivery requirements for products, services, and data.
- 8+ years of procurement experience, with a strong background in supply chain management.
- Must be legally able to work in Mexico and fluent in Spanish and English in both written and verbal communication.
- Bachelor's degree or higher, with a focus on procurement, supply chain management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in aerospace or manufacturing industry.
- 5+ years of experience in Lean Manufacturing.
- 5+ years of experience in RCCA, Root Cause Corrective Action.
