Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Revenue Cycle Provisioning Analyst to join our team at UST Global. As a key member of our Cloud Infrastructure Services team, you will be responsible for creating, modifying, and terminating access for various applications across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage access to applications such as MedHost, Meditech, Paragon, Sunrise revenue cycle applications, payer websites, 3M, external claims systems, and reporting systems.
  • Lead status calls with key markets and vendors to ensure timely resolution of access requests.
  • Coordinate with HSC, vendors, and local markets to ensure access needs are met.
  • Design and implement metrics-based reports from Service Now or other tools.
  • Develop and maintain clear, concise documentation.
  • Collaborate with customers to develop new workflows that leverage application capabilities.
Requirements
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a cross-functional environment.
  • Knowledge and understanding of customer business requirements.
  • Working knowledge of Change Management processes and concepts.
