About You:
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled finance professional to lead our financial planning and analysis function in LATAM. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, accounting, and financial planning and analysis, with a proven track record of driving financial results and providing strategic guidance. The candidate will also have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 12+ years of experience in finance, accounting, and financial planning and analysis, with a focus on LATAM markets.
- Proven track record of driving financial results and providing strategic guidance.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
