Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Identity and Access Governance Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for designing and maintaining access controls on a global scale, ensuring secure and efficient access management.

Responsibilities
  • Implement and manage role-based access controls (RBAC) to ensure secure and efficient access management.
  • Investigate, resolve, and implement solutions to access-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Evaluate user access requests and ensure user compliance with program setup as well as 'least privilege' principles.

This includes synthesizing complex data sets to drive activities before, during and after RBAC implementation, showing incredible attention to detail and coordinating SOEs between the RBAC team, IAM platform owners, LDAP, AD, and entitlement policy authorities.

Key Requirements
  • Solid understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Role-based Access Control (RBAC) concepts.
  • Hands-on experience with IAG platforms (SailPoint preferred).
  • Solid understanding of coarse-grained and fine-grained entitlements, including enterprise roles and role design.

Able to proficiently use Microsoft Excel and skilled at bulk data manipulation, excellent troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks.
