About the Role

The team at Tyson Foods is seeking a talented UX Designer to collaborate on the development of innovative technology solutions. This role requires a creative and experienced individual with a strong understanding of user-centered design principles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in the design process from concept to final implementation, ensuring a seamless and user-centric approach.
  • Engage in user research, including interviews, workshops, and usability testing, to gather insights and validate design decisions.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups communicating design ideas and interactions.
  • Develop and maintain user personas, journey maps, and other UX documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into compelling user experiences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in UX Design or Human-Computer Interaction, or related field with experience.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Framer, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  • Experience with user research methods, usability testing, and data analysis.
  • Solid communication and presentation skills.
