About the RoleThis position involves working closely with our award-winning training program and collaborating with internal partners to gain access into accounts and pull leads from assigned brokerage firms. Your primary focus will be on developing relationships with brokers and internal partners to set appointments, gather leads, and assess buyer needs to present the best ADP solutions.
Responsibilities:- Grow Our Business While Growing Yours: Develop strategic partnerships with brokerage firms through business partnerships with internal ADP partners.
- Turn Prospects into Loyal and Referring Clients: Help our clients understand their needs and recommend the right solutions to solve them, earning referral business through networking and forging partnerships.
- Deepen Relationships Across the ADP Family: Strategically cross-sell with other ADP associates to cultivate additional business within existing accounts.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:
- A positive self-starter attitude with persistence and the ability to follow-up on leads without fear of rejection.
- An established network and experience carrying a quota in outside business-to-business sales.
- A proven track record of closing sales, winning clients, and managing a territory and relationships.
